God’s Plan
The Canadian Dental Care Plan, or CDCP, is a health plan managed by the Department of Health and funded through an agreement between the federal government and the provinces and territories to ensure Canadians access dental care if they do not have coverage through their employer or through a provincial or territorial program. Developed as a reaction to the increasing concern over dental health inequalities within society, CDCP aims to make dentistry accessible to every Canadian citizen.

Everybody makes plans, every government agency, every business, every organization. We make both short-term and long-term plans, and sometimes we get really detailed. The challenge is that often the plans don’t work out. Wendy and I love to take people on a journey to the Holy Land, and twice in the past few years we’ve had our plans all laid out and at the last minute, between pandemic and war, we’ve had to cancel our plans. Well, there is one plan that never fails. We read about it in Jeremiah 29:11: “’For I know the plans I have for you,’” declares the Lord, “’plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’” The God who made you, who crafted you in your mother’s womb, who brought you into this world with a purpose, has a plan for your life. You are not a product of chance. He gifted you with certain abilities and talents and when you give your life to Him through faith in Jesus Christ, He will bring His plans for your life to fulfillment. Trust Him to do so.
