THE CANADIAN BIBLE ENGAGEMENT STUDY (CBES) IS A GROUND BREAKING INVESTIGATION SAMPLING 4,500 CANADIANS IN EVERY PROVINCE REGARDING THEIR USE, BELIEFS ABOUT, AND ATTITUDES TOWARD THE BIBLE.

It is the first ever comprehensive national study, conducted in English and French, of how and why Canadians do or do not connect with the Bible. World-class market research company Angus Reid Strategies, led by Angus Reid, conducted the survey.

The CBES was commissioned to raise awareness about the importance of Bible reading and reflection, fuel the development of culturally relevant biblical resources, serve as a benchmark to measure Bible engagement, and help facilitate Canadians being informed and transformed by the Scriptures. It is sponsored by the Canadian Bible Forum, together with the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada and the Stronger Together Foundation.

IN THE SPIRIT OF PARTNERSHIP AND INFORMATION SHARING THE CBES IS FREELY AVAILABLE TO THE CANADIAN CHURCH – YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE STUDY BELOW.
