And I am confident in the Lord that I myself will come soon.
Philippians 2:24 NIV
God’s Plan
A business plan is an essential tool for starting a new business or growing an existing one. You have to submit a business plan to get financing from lending institutions or attract investors for your business. Business plans can be written for different audiences. Banks, people who are interested in investing in a business and shareholders often require a clear, detailed business plan before deciding whether to grant a loan or make a financial commitment. Investors and shareholders expect an attractive return and want to see ambitious business goals.

Have you noticed that God sometimes tests our faith by making us wait? That’s a rhetorical question, of course, because we have all had to deal with waiting for the Lord to answer our prayers or reveal His plan. The apostle Paul experienced this while waiting in prison and says this in Philippians 2:24: “And I am confident in the Lord that I myself will come soon.” Paul’s hope here is not rooted in human plans, but in divine providence. Faith is not passive; it actively trusts that God is working, even when we cannot see the outcome. Paul’s desire to visit the Philippians again is heartfelt, but he surrenders that desire to God’s will. In our own lives, we often make plans and set goals, but true peace comes when we place those plans in God’s hands. Are you waiting on something today—a breakthrough, a healing, a reunion? Like Paul, let your faith declare, “I trust in the Lord,” even when the path ahead is unclear. May we, like Paul, live with confident expectation, knowing that whatever comes, we are held securely in His will.
These have been words from the heart.
