I will praise you, Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever.
Psalm 86:12 NIV
My Whole Heart
On July 29, 2021, the Ontario and federal governments announced a Canada-Ontario broadband partnership to support large-scale, fibre-based projects that will provide high-speed internet access to more than 280,000 homes across the province. This historic agreement was made possible by a joint federal-provincial investment totalling more than $1.2 billion. Today’s announcement builds on the Government of Canada’s progress toward ensuring that 98 per cent of Canadians have access to high-speed internet by 2026, and 100 per cent by 2030.

There are a lot of things we keep hidden in our hearts. With the same heart, we love Jesus, our spouse, our family, our church family, our closest friends, and pizza. Now, of course, I realize that there are different kinds of love and different levels of love. But we keep in our heart those things that we care about the most. So, how is it possible for King David to say what he does in Psalm 86:12: “I will praise you, Lord my God with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever.” With so many things in our hearts, how is it possible to single-heartedly praise the Lord God with all our heart? It all comes down to priority. When Jesus comes first in our hearts and lives, everything else falls into the right order. When the focus of our praise is Him, then we appreciate even more the most precious gifts He has given us – those people and things we love the best. When the singular focus of our hearts and lives is our Creator, He adds so many other blessings. Praise God today with all your heart – and watch what happens.
These have been words from the heart.
