The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.

Declare

There are no restrictions on the amount of money you can bring into or take out of Canada, nor is it illegal to do so. However, any time you cross the border, you must declare any currency or monetary instruments you have in your possession that are valued at $10,000 or more. The $10,000 can be any combination of Canadian or foreign currency and monetary instruments, such as stocks, bonds, bank drafts, cheques and traveller’s cheques. This requirement applies to you whether you are travelling on business, for pleasure or if you are carrying money on behalf of someone else.

The Bible consistently commands us to tell others what the Lord has done for us. Our faith is not to be kept to ourselves. We are to share with others who need to experience what we have in Christ. Jesus said that if we don’t tell others, if we don’t praise Him, the rocks will cry out. The Bibles tell us how they do that. In Psalm 19:1-2 King David says “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.” I was visiting friends the other day and noticed on their wall a photo of the night sky. I asked them what it was, and they told me it was the night sky over their town the night they were married. We have all stood outside and looked up at the night sky. If you are in what is known as a dark sky preserve, where there is little light pollution, the night sky is overwhelming. The heavens really do declare the glory of their Creator.

These have been words from the heart.
