Q: Can you please send Bibles to a ministry I know of in a particular country?

We get these kinds of requests regularly – several times a week – from all over the world. We do all of our work through partner ministries. According to CRA regulations, unless we, as an organization, have an existing missions agreement, we cannot send Bibles or money outside of Canada to another ministry or person. However, you, as an individual, are able to purchase Bibles from Parasource.com and send them to the person or ministry you wish to bless.

Q: Can I still make a donation?

Yes! You can add a donation to your order on Parasource.com/Bible-League-Canada . Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase, you will be asked about making a donation in the cart. The minimum donation is $5 (the average cost of placing a Bible), and you will be able to add as many Bible donations to your order as you wish.

Q: Where is the online bookstore?

Bible League Canada online bookstore has moved to a new and improved location! Items can now be purchased through our trusted partner, Parasource Marketing and Distribution .

Q: What is the relationship between Bible League Canada and BFM Foundation Canada?

In 1988, two businessmen from BC traveled to India with Bible League Canada. Upon their return they decided that they needed to do something more to assist Bible League Canada. They organized a thrift store and foundation. There are now 50 Mission Thrift Stores across Canada, with money raised sent through the BFM Foundation Canada to Bible League Canada.

Q: I get way too much mail from you, and I won't want my donation dollars going towards expensive mailings. Can't you cut down on your mail?

The mailings we send to our donors are an important way of letting them know about the ministry of Bible League Canada and to inspire people to continue to give to the ministry work. The funds we receive in response to the mail we send greatly outweighs the cost of sending these appeals, so we think it’s worthwhile to keep sending mail. You are always welcome to ask us to reduce the number of mailings sent to you or opt-in to receive our mailings by email.
