For many Canadians the uncertainty of postal interruptions may impact things like their Christmas shopping plans or sending out holiday cards. For Bible League Canada, the mail is a valued way that we rely on to communicate with the people who are passionate about our shared mission to spread the Gospel.

Not knowing how long postal service will be impacted by the labour negotiations, we are prepared for disruptions in mail service. While Canada Post’s operations are stopped, all our correspondence will be by phone and email. If you do not currently receive email updates from Bible League Canada, and would like to, please sign up here or in the footer below.

If you usually send your donations through the mail, we encourage you to consider one of these secure alternatives to ensure your support reaches us promptly:

  1. Donate Online: You can donate securely at our website BibleLeague.ca at any time using the GIVE NOW button in our main menu. You can give to our current appeal and have your impact doubled at BibleLeague.ca/Match/ or you can make a general donation at BibleLeague.ca/Donate/ to ensure all ministry is sustained. It’s quick, easy, and secure.
  2. Call-In Donations: If you prefer to donate by phone, please call us Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm EST at 1-800-363-9673, and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.
  3. E-transfers are available using these secure steps:
    • Add “The Bible League of Canada” as a new e-transfer recipient with the email address donation@bibleleague.ca.
    • Skip setting a security question as The Bible League of Canada has Auto Deposit set up.
    • As you make the transfer, select the recipient The Bible League of Canada (that you set-up in Step 1).
    • IMPORTANT: Please include your Name and Address in the Message/memo section of the e-transfer transaction. This information is used to issue your tax receipt. If your online bank services limit comments to only 40 characters, you can also send an e-mail with your name, address, and the amount of the donation to donation@bibleleague.ca.

Thank you for your generosity. God bless you!

P.S. Canada Post has assured Canadians that any mail caught in their system during this time will be secured and forwarded once the strike has ended.
